"Design Space seems to be running better"
I’m not totally sure if it’s just the recent updates or my setup behaving for once, but Design Space has definitely felt smoother lately. It seems to open a bit faster, and my cuts have been more reliable than before. I also haven’t run into as many random glitches, which is a nice change. I’m still figuring out a few of the new tweaks, but overall I’m happy with how it’s working so far.

"Surprisingly Easy Return"
I accidentally ordered the wrong machine and was already bracing myself for a hassle, because I don’t usually trust customer service to make returns easy. But the Cricut return process was actually straightforward. I had one question and support answered it without dragging things out or giving me the runaround. My refund also came through quicker than I expected, so overall it went way better than I thought it would.

"Helpful community, but the site needs to be more reliable"
I do enjoy browsing Cricut.com for ideas, and the community projects have definitely helped me out when I get stuck or need a little inspiration. That said, the site can feel kind of scattered sometimes, and I often end up searching elsewhere just to find what I need. It’s not a bad resource, but Cricut should really take more accountability for making the experience smoother and easier to navigate, especially since so many people rely on it for projects

"Makes my crafts way easier"
I mostly use cricut Design Space for making shirts and labels, and it’s been easy for me to figure out. I’m not that techy at all, so I really like that I can just drag things around and see how it looks right there. Uploading my own images has worked good so far, and the layers made sense after messing with it a little. Sometimes I gotta click twice or it acts a tiny bit slow, but it’s not a big deal. Overall it makes crafting feel way less stressful for me. 5 stars from me.

"Works good for me"
I use Cricut on both my iPad and my laptop, and they connect easily most of the time. I did have a small issue with my older phone, but after I updated it, it worked fine. It’s not totally perfect, but it’s been good enough for what I need.

"Takes a Little Getting Used To"
At first, I wasn’t totally sure I was going to like it because there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve. But once I figured things out, it actually worked really well. I feel like with stuff like this, if it seems confusing at the start, it’s usually just a matter of giving it a little time before it clicks.

Got my Cricut set up Faster than i expected. The site kinda walked me through everything and I didn’t have to dig around forever trying to figure it out. I’m not super techy so i thought it was gonna be annoying, but it went smooth. It connected fine and I was making my first cut the Same day. really happy with it

"Works well after some testing"
My cricut cuts certain vinyl really well, but some other materials have not worked as smoothly for me. I had to do quite a bit of testing first to figure out the right settings, so it took a little patience.

"So far, happy with these"
I ordered some mats and blades from cricut.com, they’ve been really good so far. I don’t know, maybe I haven’t used them enough yet to fully judge, but the mats are still sticky after a few projects and the blades are cutting really clean. I keep expecting something to go wrong, but so far, no complaints from me.

As someone who crafts regularly, I really don’t want to waste time dealing with subscription issues. I’ve had Cricut Access for a while now, and the billing has been smooth. I get charged when I expect to, and I haven’t noticed any random extra fees. I also had to update my card once, and it went through without a problem. It’s simple and low-stress, which I really appreciate because subscriptions can be such a headache sometimes.

"Better support than I expected"
I ran into an issue getting my machine set up and expected the usual frustrating back-and-forth. Instead, support walked me through everything really patiently and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. They got it sorted way faster than I thought they would.

cricut was easy enough to use, and I did end up finding what I needed without too much trouble. The layout is simple, and checkout went fine, so I’ll give them that. But it’s annoying that finding support info took longer than it should have. That’s on them, if customers need help, don’t bury the information or make people click around guessing. Overall, the site works, but Cricut really needs to clean up the unclear parts instead of making users figure it out themselves.

"No Mix-Ups, No Regrets"
Everything came through exactly as it should, with no mix-ups or confusion. I always worry about wasting time or money when things get messed up, but that wasn’t an issue here at all. Definitely glad I went with this instead of taking a chance somewhere else
